Can you provide verification of my employment and income?

Driver Employment Verification includes DOT reportable and preventable crash history only but does not include income verification. Driver Employment verification and driving Employment Rebuttal. For verification of a driver’s drug and alcohol testing, please email a signed release to verifications@azotusbrokerge.com. To submit a rebuttal of your drug testing record, kindly email verifications@azotusbrokerge.com.

How can I provide Azotus with status updates?

By connecting your driver to our assigned AscendTracker to provide the status of the load in real time. By connecting your driver to our assigned Motive ELD former Keep Trucking to provide the status of the load in real-time.

What can I do to eliminate payments being held?

When submitting an invoice to Azotus for payment, kindly verify that the amount you are invoicing matches the the on in the rate confirmation sheet received from Azotus Brokerage at the the time of dispatch. If the rate sheet does not match because additional accessorial charges were incurred, kindly contact the Broker who dispatched the load to get the charges approved and an updated copy of the rate confirmation sheet. Call or email the broker to communicate the completion time and trailer number before invoicing.

What should I include with my invoice?

When billing Azotus Brokerage, all invoices must reference the Azotus load number on the face of the invoice. If the load number is not referenced on the invoice, the invoice will be delayed for payment. All invoices need to be accompanied by a signed bill of lading and a signed copy of the receipt of a lumper charge when incurred. Kindly note that Azotus will only accept one load per invoice; summarized invoices will be returned to the carrier to bill individually.
